So I have read this book before and kept a little journal. I got my book out and opened my old journal and found the next clean sheet of paper and at the top I wrote... 1-30-11 Day 1. I had kept notes to several books and sermons in this same journal from a few years ago. I read back through it and found Day 1 to The Purpose Driven Life. At the top of the page it said... 1-30-05 Day 1.

Idea that I liked:
Being successful is completely different than fulfilling your life's purpose.
Idea that I liked: You have to ask the inventor of something how it works before you can fully understand it. GOD = INVENTOR DUH! wow.
ReplyDeletejust asking God is such a simple task. why does it seem so hard to do this when you question anything in life? go ahead and ask away, He will show you an answer somehow right?
I dont know if I ever actually asked God what my purpose was...I just went day to day thanking, praying for people, asking forgiveness, just talking, but never asked what my purpose is. So, now I will add it on my prayers for everyday to ask about my purpose.
